\u91cd\u8981\u63d0\u793a\uff1a\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u60a8\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e58\u5ba2\u548c\u4e0b\u8ff0\u6307\u5b9a\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u95f4\u5177\u6709\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\u7684\u534f\u8bae\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5305\u542b\u4e86\u5bf9\u53d6\u6d88\u884c\u7a0b\u7684\u5b9e\u8d28\u60e9\u7f5a\u6761\u6b3e\u4ee5\u53ca\u5bf9\u67d0\u4e9b\u8d23\u4efb\u7684\u9650\u5236\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5bf9\u6b7b\u4ea1\u548c\u4f24\u5bb3\u7d22\u8d54\u7684\u9650\u5236\u3001\u884c\u674e\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d22\u4ea7\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u9650\u5236\u3002\u8bf7\u60a8\u4ed4\u7ec6\u9605\u8bfb\u6240\u6709\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u5728\u6211\u65b9\u6536\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u5b9a\u91d1\u6216\u5168\u989d\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6b3e\u9879\uff0c\u6216\u60a8\u6536\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u53d1\u51fa\u7684\u6700\u7ec8\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u3001\u4fe1\u51fd\u6216\u6700\u7ec8\u8d26\u5355\u540e\uff0c\u4e58\u5ba2\u548c\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u53cc\u65b9\u987b\u5b8c\u5168\u9075\u5b88\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u60a8\u8d77\u8bc9\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3001\u7ba1\u8f96\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3001\u6cd5\u9662\u548c\u7ba1\u8f96\u7b49\u3002\u6211\u4eec\u5f3a\u70c8\u5efa\u8bae\u60a8\u8d2d\u4e70\u65c5\u6e38\u9669\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7701\u5916\u533b\u7597\u9669\uff09\u548c\u65c5\u884c\u53d6\u6d88\u9669\u3002\u611f\u8c22\u60a8\u62e8\u5197\u9605\u8bfb\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6761\u6b3e\u58f0\u660e\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

1\u3001DEFINITIONS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5b9a\u4e49<\/strong><\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a) <\/strong> The words \u201cyou\u201d, \u201cyour\u201d, \u201cguest\u201d and \u201cpassenger\u201d mean all persons, including minors, traveling under this Passenger Ticket Contract and named in your Booking Confirmation and each person\u2019s heirs and personal representatives. Your acceptance of this Passenger Ticket Contract represents your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for you and for all other persons traveling under this Passenger Ticket Contract, all of whom accept and agree to all the conditions of carriage either written here or which we may separately notify you of in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u60a8\u201d\u3001\u201c\u60a8\u7684\u201d\u3001\u201c\u65c5\u5ba2\u201d\u548c\u201c\u4e58\u5ba2\u201d\u6307\u5217\u5728\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u3001\u53c2\u4e0e\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e0b\u884c\u7a0b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4eba(\u5305\u62ec\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba)\u53ca\u5176\u5404\u81ea\u7684\u7ee7\u627f\u4eba\u548c\u4e2a\u4eba\u4ee3\u8868\u3002\u60a8\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u5373\u8868\u793a\u60a8\u4e3a\u60a8\u81ea\u8eab\u548c\u5168\u90e8\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\u627f\u8ba4\u548c\u63a5\u53d7\u672c\u5408\u540c\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u524d\u8ff0\u4eba\u7b49\u5747\u63a5\u53d7\u5e76\u540c\u610f\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5df2\u5217\u660e\u7684\u6216\u6211\u4eec\u53e6\u884c\u4e66\u9762\u901a\u77e5\u60a8\u7684\u627f\u8fd0\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) <\/strong> The words \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, \u201cour\u201d, \u201cCarrier\u201d and \u201cViking\u201d means the operator of the specific ship for your cruise which will be either Viking River Tours Ltd, Viking Ocean Cruises Ltd, Viking Cruises USA Ltd, or Viking Cruises China Ltd each a corporation organized and existing in current good standing pursuant to the laws of Bermuda, which words also include the Owner, Charterer, Operator, Manager, and their respective Agents, Servants and Employees and the Ship itself, and except as specifically noted below, Independent Contractors (including any Caterer and Concessionaires).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u6211\u4eec\u201d\u3001\u201c\u6211\u65b9\u201d\u3001\u201c\u6211\u65b9\u7684\u201d\u3001\u201c\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u201d\u548c\u201cViking\u201d\u662f\u6307\u60a8\u6240\u4e58\u5750\u6e38\u8f6e\u7684\u7ecf\u8425\u8005\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u7ef4\u4eac\u6cb3\u6d41\u65c5\u6e38\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08Viking River Tours Ltd\uff09\u3001\u7ef4\u4eac\u6d77\u6d0b\u6e38\u8f6e\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08Viking Ocean Cruises Ltd\uff09\u3001\u7ef4\u4eac\u6e38\u8f6e\u7f8e\u56fd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08Viking Cruises USA Ltd\uff09\u6216\u7ef4\u4eac\u6e38\u8f6e\u4e2d\u56fd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8\uff08Viking Cruises China Ltd\uff09\uff0c\u4e0a\u8ff0\u516c\u53f8\u7686\u6839\u636e\u767e\u6155\u5927\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f9d\u6cd5\u6ce8\u518c\u6210\u7acb\u5e76\u6709\u6548\u5b58\u7eed\u3002\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u6211\u65b9\u201d\u8fd8\u6307\u8239\u4e1c\u3001\u79df\u8239\u65b9\u3001\u8fd0\u8425\u4eba\u3001\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u53ca\u5176\u5404\u81ea\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u5546\u3001\u96c7\u5458\u548c\u8239\u8236\u672c\u8eab\uff0c\u82e5\u4ee5\u4e0b\u65e0\u5177\u4f53\u8bf4\u660e\uff0c\u5219\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u72ec\u7acb\u627f\u5305\u5546\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u4efb\u4f55\u9910\u996e\u670d\u52a1\u5546\u548c\u7279\u8bb8\u7ecf\u8425\u5546\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c)<\/strong> The word \u201cShip\u201d means the vessel chartered, operated, or provided by us as the Carrier on which you, as our Passenger, will be traveling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u6e38\u8f6e\u201d\u4e00\u8bcd\u662f\u6307\u7531\u6211\u65b9\uff08\u4f5c\u4e3a\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\uff09\u79df\u7528\u3001\u8fd0\u8425\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4f9b\u60a8(\u4f5c\u4e3a\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u4e58\u5ba2)\u65c5\u884c\u7684\u8239\u8236\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d)<\/strong> The word \u201cMaster\u201d means the Captain of the Ship or any person who acts under his authority.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u8239\u957f\u201d\u4e00\u8bcd\u662f\u6307\u8239\u957f\u6216\u5728\u5176\u804c\u6743\u8303\u56f4\u5185\u884c\u4f7f\u8be5\u7b49\u6743\u5229\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e)<\/strong> The term \u201cCruise Fare\u201d means the total amount we charge in the Booking Confirmation and which is paid as cruise fare and for those additional facilities and services added to the cruise tour, but excludes Optional Facilities, Services Fees and\/or personal charges. Gratuities on board are included in your Cruise Fare. The term \u201cFull Fare\u201d is defined as the full combined cost of any Cruise Fare, land or air component purchased from Viking including Optional Shore Excursions, Once in a Lifetime, Optional Experiences and Special Offers unless these are governed by special cancellation provisions appearing on the Viking website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u201d\u662f\u6307\u6211\u65b9\u5728\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u4e2d\u5411\u60a8\u6536\u53d6\u7684\u603b\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u8be5\u8d39\u7528\u5305\u542b\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u548c\u6e38\u8f6e\u65c5\u6e38\u4e2d\u7684\u9644\u5c5e\u8bbe\u5907\u548c\u9644\u52a0\u670d\u52a1\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u5305\u542b\u81ea\u9009\u8bbe\u65bd\u3001\u670d\u52a1\u8d39\u7528\u548c\/\u6216\u4e2a\u4eba\u6536\u8d39\u3002\u6e38\u8f6e\u4e0a\u7684\u670d\u52a1\u8d39\u4e5f\u5305\u542b\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u5168\u7968\u8d39\u201d\u662f\u6307\u4e58\u5ba2\u5411\u6211\u65b9\u8d2d\u4e70\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u3001\u9646\u5730\u6216\u7a7a\u4e2d\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u603b\u548c\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u81ea\u9009\u5cb8\u4e0a\u89c2\u5149\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u201c\u4e00\u751f\u4e00\u6b21\u201d\u4e13\u5c5e\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u81ea\u9009\u4f53\u9a8c\u548c\u7279\u522b\u4f18\u60e0\uff0c\u4f46Viking\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\u7279\u522b\u53d6\u6d88\u6761\u6b3e\u4e2d\u5217\u660e\u7684\u9664\u5916\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f)<\/strong> The terms \u201cOptional Facilities\u201d and \u201cServices Fees\u201d mean all fees and charges which you voluntarily incur for items which may include, but are not limited to, vacation protection insurance coverage, visa and prepaid gratuities, which are considered earned as those facilities and services are provided either by the Carrier or by third party providers. The term \"Optional Shore Excursion\" means those excursions that are not included in the initial cruise package but added and paid for by you prior to or during the cruise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201c\u81ea\u9009\u8bbe\u65bd\u201d\u548c\u201c\u670d\u52a1\u8d39\u7528\u201d\u662f\u6307\u60a8\u81ea\u613f\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u6240\u6709\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u65c5\u6e38\u9669\uff0c\u7b7e\u8bc1\u548c\u9884\u4ed8\u670d\u52a1\u8d39\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u90fd\u662f\u7531\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u6216\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u63d0\u4f9b\u3002\u201c\u81ea\u9009\u5cb8\u4e0a\u89c2\u5149\u670d\u52a1\u201d\u6761\u6b3e\u662f\u6307\u90a3\u4e9b\u4e0d\u5305\u62ec\u5728\u6700\u521d\u822a\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u822a\u7a0b\u5f00\u59cb\u524d\u6216\u822a\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7531\u60a8\u53e6\u884c\u9009\u62e9\u5e76\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

g)<\/strong> The term \u201cprepaid charges\u201d means that separate amount paid by you to cover the cost of authorized government fees and charges concerning the specific itinerary of your cruise tour. Any increase or decrease of authorized government fees and charges may be made the subject of an adjustment to prepaid charges, in our discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u9884\u4ed8\u8d39\u201d\u662f\u6307\u60a8\u9700\u53e6\u884c\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u8be5\u8d39\u7528\u662f\u7528\u4ee5\u652f\u4ed8\u6e38\u8f6e\u65c5\u884c\u4e2d\u5177\u4f53\u884c\u7a0b\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u653f\u5e9c\u6388\u6743\u8d39\u7528\u53ca\u6536\u8d39\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u6709\u6743\u6839\u636e\u4efb\u4f55\u653f\u5e9c\u6388\u6743\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u6536\u8d39\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u6216\u51cf\u5c11\u800c\u5bf9\u9884\u4ed8\u8d39\u8fdb\u884c\u8c03\u6574\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

h)<\/strong> The term \u201cCabin Baggage\u201d means all baggage allowed aboard the Ship and placed in your cabin according to these terms and conditions. \u201cOther Baggage\u201d means any of your baggage or other personal property which has been stored in the Ship\u2019s baggage room, holds or safe against a receipt at your request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u5ba2\u8231\u884c\u674e\u201d\u662f\u6307\u6839\u636e\u672c\u534f\u8bae\u6761\u6b3e\u88ab\u5141\u8bb8\u5e26\u5165\u6e38\u8f6e\u5e76\u653e\u7f6e\u4e8e\u60a8\u8239\u8231\u7684\u884c\u674e\u3002\u201c\u5176\u4ed6\u884c\u674e\u201d\u662f\u6307\u6211\u65b9\u6839\u636e\u60a8\u8bf7\u6c42\uff0c\u4fdd\u5b58\u4e8e\u6e38\u8f6e\u884c\u674e\u623f\u4e2d\u60a8\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u884c\u674e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4e2a\u4eba\u8d22\u4ea7\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i) <\/strong> The term \u201cCabin\u201d or \"Stateroom\" means those accommodations as provided on your Booking Confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u5ba2\u8231\u201d\u6216\u201c\u8231\u623f\u201d\u662f\u6307\u60a8\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u4e2d\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u4f4f\u5bbf\u573a\u6240\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

j)<\/strong> The term \u201cRMB\u201d means the lawful currency of the People\u2019s Republic of China.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u201c\u4eba\u6c11\u5e01\u201d\u662f\u6307\u4e2d\u534e\u4eba\u6c11\u5171\u548c\u56fd\u7684\u6cd5\u5b9a\u8d27\u5e01\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2\u3001IDENTIFICATION. Your name and the names of all passengers in your party, the name of the Ship, the sailing date, your accommodations, the date of issuance of this Passenger Ticket Contract, your total Cruise Fare and all ports, including embarkation and final destination are as specified in your Booking Confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u786e\u8ba4<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002<\/strong>\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u56e2\u961f\u4e2d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e58\u5ba2\u7684\u59d3\u540d\u3001\u6e38\u8f6e\u540d\u79f0\u3001\u542f\u7a0b\u65e5\u671f\u3001\u60a8\u7684\u4f4f\u5bbf\u573a\u6240\u3001\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u7684\u7b7e\u53d1\u65e5\u671f\u3001\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u603b\u8d39\u7528\u548c\u6240\u6709\u6e2f\u53e3\u4fe1\u606f\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u767b\u8239\u6e2f\u53e3\u548c\u6700\u7ec8\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u6e2f\u53e3\uff09\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u4e2d\u90fd\u6709\u8be6\u7ec6\u89c4\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3\u3001CRUISE FARE. Upon receipt of payment by you of the total Cruise Fare we agree to transport you from the point of embarkation to the point of final destination according to all of the terms, conditions, limitation and exceptions contained in this Passenger Ticket Contract. The Cruise Fare paid by you covers all normal shipboard services, meals, accommodations, facilities and included shore excursions. Optional Facilities, Optional Shore Excursions and services may be added by agreement subject to all of the terms and conditions of this Passenger Ticket Contract regarding our liability. Upon payment of the Cruise Fare, together with necessary prepaid charges, we agree to transport you from the port of embarkation to the port of disembarkation according to these Terms and Conditions, as applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002<\/strong>\u5728\u6536\u5230\u60a8\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u603b\u8d39\u7528\u540e\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u6839\u636e\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6761\u6b3e\u3001\u6761\u4ef6\u3001\u9650\u5236\u548c\u4f8b\u5916\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u540c\u610f\u5c06\u60a8\u65b9\u6210\u5458\u4ece\u767b\u8239\u70b9\u8fd0\u9001\u81f3\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u3002\u60a8\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u5305\u542b\u6240\u6709\u5e38\u89c4\u7684\u8239\u4e0a\u670d\u52a1\u3001\u9910\u996e\u3001\u4f4f\u5bbf\u3001\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u968f\u9644\u7684\u5cb8\u4e0a\u89c2\u5149\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u53d7\u9650\u4e8e\u672c\u5408\u540c\u6240\u6709\u5173\u4e8e\u6211\u65b9\u4e49\u52a1\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u7ecf\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u540e\u53ef\u5728\u534f\u8bae\u4e2d\u589e\u52a0\u81ea\u52a9\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u81ea\u9009\u5cb8\u4e0a\u89c2\u5149\u670d\u52a1\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\u3002\u5728\u60a8\u652f\u4ed8\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u5e76\u652f\u4ed8\u4e86\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u9884\u4ed8\u8d39\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u540c\u610f\u6839\u636e\u672c\u5408\u540c\u6240\u9002\u7528\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\uff0c\u5c06\u60a8\u4ece\u767b\u8239\u6e2f\u53e3\u8fd0\u9001\u81f3\u79bb\u8239\u6e2f\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\u3001CARRIER\u2019S DISCRETION. As the Carrier, we reserve the right at any time, without notice, to cancel any cruise tour, to change or postpone the date or time of sailing or arrival, to change the port of embarkation or disembarkation, to provide a different Cabin than the one initially assigned, to shorten the cruise tour or substitute the Ship or provide for alternative transportation if conditions of any nature prevent the Ship from sailing. If we are required to do any of these things, we will be responsible to you as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u7684\u81ea\u7531\u88c1\u91cf\u6743<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002\u6211\u65b9\u4f5c\u4e3a\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\uff0c\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u65f6\u5019\u4fdd\u7559\u4ee5\u4e0b\u6743\u5229\u4e14\u65e0\u9700\u8fdb\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u901a\u77e5\uff1a\u53d6\u6d88\u4efb\u4f55\u6e38\u8f6e\u884c\u7a0b\u3001\u66f4\u6539\u6216\u63a8\u8fdf\u6e38\u8f6e\u542f\u822a\u6216\u5230\u8fbe\u7684\u65e5\u671f\u6216\u65f6\u95f4\u3001\u66f4\u6539\u767b\u8239\u6216\u79bb\u8239\u6e2f\u53e3\u3001\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e0d\u540c\u4e8e\u6700\u521d\u5206\u914d\u7684\u5ba2\u8231\u3001\u7f29\u77ed\u6e38\u8f6e\u884c\u7a0b\u3001\u4f7f\u7528\u66ff\u4ee3\u6e38\u8f6e\u6216\u5728\u81ea\u7136\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0d\u5141\u8bb8\u822a\u884c\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u5176\u4ed6\u4ea4\u901a\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6211\u65b9\u9700\u91c7\u53d6\u4e0a\u8ff0\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u9879\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u5c65\u884c\u5982\u4e0b\u804c\u8d23\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a)<\/strong> If we cancel the cruise before it has started, we will refund the Cruise Fare that we have actually received or provide another substitute <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u679c\u6211\u65b9\u4e8e\u884c\u7a0b\u5f00\u59cb\u524d\u53d6\u6d88\u8be5\u884c\u7a0b\uff0c\u5c06\u5411\u60a8\u9000\u8fd8\u6211\u4eec\u5b9e\u9645\u6536\u5230\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u8d39\u7528\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u66ff\u4ee3\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) <\/strong>If the scheduled sailing date or time is delayed and as a result of that delay you are not otherwise accommodated on board the Ship, we may arrange shoreside accommodations and food at no additional expense to you for the duration of the<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u679c\u9884\u5b9a\u7684\u542f\u822a\u65e5\u671f\u6216\u65f6\u95f4\u5ef6\u8fdf\uff0c\u4e14\u7531\u4e8e\u8be5\u5ef6\u8fdf\u60a8\u672a\u80fd\u4e8e\u6e38\u8f6e\u4e0a\u4f4f\u5bbf\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u5728\u5ef6\u8fdf\u671f\u95f4\u5411\u60a8\u63d0\u4f9b\u514d\u8d39\u7684\u5cb8\u4e0a\u4f4f\u5bbf\u548c\u9910\u996e\u670d\u52a1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c) <\/strong>If the scheduled port of embarkation or disembarkation is changed, we will arrange transportation to the new port from the originally scheduled<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u679c\u9884\u5b9a\u7684\u767b\u8239\u6216\u79bb\u8239\u6e2f\u53e3\u53d8\u66f4\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u5b89\u6392\u8fd0\u9001\u65c5\u5ba2\u4ece\u539f\u6765\u7684\u9884\u5b9a\u6e2f\u53e3\u81f3\u65b0\u7684\u6e2f\u53e3\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d) <\/strong>If any governmental agency publishes an informative announcement regarding travel conditions in or to a specific country or location included in the scheduled itinerary, we reserve the right to operate the cruise tour as scheduled; alternatively, we reserve the right to cancel the cruise tour and return all monies paid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u679c\u4efb\u4f55\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u53d1\u5e03\u5173\u4e8e\u9884\u5b9a\u884c\u7a0b\u4e2d\u7279\u5b9a\u56fd\u5bb6\u6216\u5730\u70b9\u7684\u51fa\u884c\u6761\u4ef6\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u516c\u544a\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u4fdd\u7559\u7ee7\u7eed\u539f\u9884\u5b9a\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff1b\u6216\u8005\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u4fdd\u7559\u53d6\u6d88\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u5e76\u8fd4\u8fd8\u60a8\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6b3e\u9879\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e)<\/strong> If the cruise tour is shortened or terminated, we will, at our option, either make a proportionate refund of the Cruise Fare or we will transfer you to another ship or the port of disembarkation by other means. If the scheduled length of the cruise tour is increased, you will have no responsibility for the cost of any additional Cruise Fare and we will have no responsibility to pay or compensate you in any manner, including consequential damages. In either of the above circumstances, our responsibility ends once we return you to the point of origination as booked and ticketed by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u679c\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u7684\u884c\u7a0b\u88ab\u7f29\u77ed\u6216\u7ec8\u6b62\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u6709\u6743\u9009\u62e9\u6309\u7167\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u6309\u6bd4\u4f8b\u5411\u60a8\u9000\u6b3e\u6216\u91c7\u7528\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u5f0f\u5c06\u60a8\u8f6c\u79fb\u81f3\u53e6\u4e00\u8258\u8239\u8236\u6216\u4e0b\u8239\u6e2f\u53e3\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9884\u5b9a\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u65f6\u95f4\u5ef6\u957f\uff0c\u60a8\u65e0\u9700\u652f\u4ed8\u989d\u5916\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u4e5f\u65e0\u9700\u4ee5\u4efb\u4f55\u65b9\u5f0f\u5411\u60a8\u652f\u4ed8\u6216\u8d54\u507f\u4efb\u4f55\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u95f4\u63a5\u635f\u5bb3\u8d54\u507f\u3002\u5982\u53d1\u751f\u524d\u8ff0\u4efb\u4f55\u4e00\u9879\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8d23\u4efb\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u5c06\u60a8\u9001\u56de\u9884\u5b9a\u548c\u9a8c\u7968\u7684\u59cb\u53d1\u5730\u70b9\u65f6\u7ec8\u6b62\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

f)<\/strong> We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to return all monies paid and deny embarkation to any person other than for reasons prohibited by law, including without limitation, those related to discrimination on the basis of race, religion or sexual preference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u65b9\u4fdd\u7559\u81ea\u884c\u51b3\u5b9a\u9000\u8fd8\u4efb\u4f55\u4eba\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6b3e\u9879\u5e76\u62d2\u7edd\u5176\u767b\u8239\u7684\u6743\u5229\uff0c\u4f46\u51fa\u4e8e\u6cd5\u5f8b\u7981\u6b62\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u9664\u5916\uff0c\u8be5\u539f\u56e0\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u6d89\u53ca\u79cd\u65cf\u6b67\u89c6\u3001\u5b97\u6559\u6b67\u89c6\u548c\u6027\u522b\u6b67\u89c6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

g)<\/strong> If we change your Cabin to one of lesser cost, we will refund to you the difference in the cost between the Cabin you paid for and the new one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u679c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u60a8\u66f4\u6362\u81f3\u66f4\u4f4e\u4ef7\u4f4d\u7684\u5ba2\u8231\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u5411\u60a8\u9000\u8fd8\u4e8c\u8005\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5dee\u989d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

h)<\/strong> We do not maintain facilities or services for children for the cruise and all Passengers under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by and share a Stateroom with a parent, legal guardian or other responsible adult over the age of 21 years. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to limit the number of minors under the age of 18 years on each We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 8 on river cruises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6211\u65b9\u5728\u822a\u884c\u4e2d\u5e76\u4e0d\u4e3a\u513f\u7ae5\u63d0\u4f9b\u8bbe\u65bd\u6216\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u6240\u6709\u5e74\u9f84\u572818\u5c81\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u4e58\u5ba2\u5fc5\u987b\u7531\u7236\u6bcd\u4e00\u65b9\u3001\u6cd5\u5b9a\u76d1\u62a4\u4eba\u6216\u5bf9\u5176\u8d1f\u6709\u770b\u62a4\u8d23\u4efb\u768421\u5c81\u4ee5\u4e0a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u966a\u540c\u5e76\u5171\u7528\u4e00\u4e2a\u8231\u623f\u3002\u6211\u65b9\u6709\u6743\u9650\u5236\u6bcf\u6b21\u822a\u884c\u4e2d18\u5c81\u4ee5\u4e0b\u672a\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u7684\u4eba\u6570\u3002\u6211\u65b9\u5f88\u9057\u61be\u5728\u5185\u6cb3\u6e38\u8f6e\u4e0a\u6211\u4eec\u4e0d\u63a5\u5f858\u5c81\u4ee5\u4e0b\u513f\u7ae5\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

i)<\/strong> We reserve the right to, and you expressly agree we may, impose a surcharge for significant increase in our fuel costs. For residents of Canada, please see the amendment provisions in the Canadian Addendum to this Passenger Ticket Contract. An additional charge may be assessed at any time prior to your payment in full of the Cruise Fare in the event that the price of light sweet crude oil according to the NYMEX (New York Mercantile Exchange Index) is greater than $50.00 USD per barrel of oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u60a8\u660e\u786e\u540c\u610f\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u6709\u6743\u57fa\u4e8e\u71c3\u6599\u6210\u672c\u7684\u663e\u8457\u589e\u52a0\u5411\u60a8\u6536\u53d6\u9644\u52a0\u8d39\u3002\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u7684\u5c45\u6c11\uff0c\u8bf7\u89c1\u52a0\u62ff\u5927\u9644\u5f55\u4e2d\u5bf9\u4e8e\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u7684\u4fee\u6b63\u6761\u6b3e\u3002\u5728\u60a8\u5b8c\u5168\u652f\u4ed8\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u8d39\u7528\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6839\u636eNYMEX\uff08\u7ebd\u7ea6\u5546\u54c1\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u6307\u6570\uff09\u82e5\u8f7b\u8d28\u4f4e\u786b\u539f\u6cb9\u7684\u4ef7\u683c\u5927\u4e8e\u6bcf\u687650\u7f8e\u5143\uff08$50.00 USD\uff09\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u53ef\u636e\u6b64\u8bc4\u4f30\u5e76\u5411\u60a8\u6536\u53d6\u989d\u5916\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5\u3001THIS PASSENGER TICKET CONTRACT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CANCELLATION FEES APPLY. This Passenger Ticket Contract is not transferable or assignable by you and is valid only on the Ship and for the cruise tour shown in your Booking Confirmation. The schedule of payments is based upon the marketing promotion for which your booking was made. Please refer to your Booking Confirmation for payment terms. No reservations will be issued on a binding basis, nor travel on a cruise permitted, unless we as the Carrier, or our representative receive the required payments. We reserve all rights concerning the pricing and payment for all cruise tours and Cruise Fares. Travel Agents and all other agents are declared to be solely your agents and representatives for the purposes of this Passenger Ticket Contract and all further documents concerning the cruise tour. Cruise Fares together with prepaid charges and Optional Facilities and Service Fees incurred are agreed as fully earned and must be otherwise paid by the scheduled departure date and will not be refunded in whole or in part except as otherwise noted in these terms and conditions. In all other instances, when we receive a written notice of cancellation from you addressed to us at our principal offices, cancellation fees shall be imposed as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u4e0d\u53ef\u8f6c\u8ba9<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u5e76\u6536\u53d6\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002\u60a8\u4e0d\u53ef\u8f6c\u8ba9\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\uff0c\u4e14\u672c\u5408\u540c\u53ea\u5bf9\u60a8\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u4e2d\u6307\u5b9a\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u548c\u5176\u4e0a\u7684\u6e38\u89c8\u884c\u7a0b\u6709\u6548\u3002\u4ed8\u6b3e\u5b89\u6392\u57fa\u4e8e\u60a8\u9884\u7ea6\u65f6\u6240\u9002\u7528\u7684\u5e02\u573a\u63a8\u5e7f\uff0c\u8bf7\u53c2\u9605\u60a8\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u4e2d\u7684\u4ed8\u6b3e\u6761\u4ef6\u3002\u9664\u975e\u6211\u65b9\u4f5c\u4e3a\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u6216\u6211\u65b9\u4ee3\u8868\u6536\u5230\u6240\u8981\u6c42\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u9884\u7ea6\u90fd\u5c06\u4e0d\u5177\u6709\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\uff0c\u4e14\u4e0d\u53ef\u8fdb\u884c\u4efb\u4f55\u6e38\u89c8\u884c\u7a0b\u3002\u6211\u65b9\u4fdd\u7559\u6240\u6709\u5bf9\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u548c\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9a\u4ef7\u548c\u89c4\u5b9a\u652f\u4ed8\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u5c31\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u4e0e\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u65c5\u884c\u4ee3\u7406\u5546\u548c\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u5e94\u4ec5\u4f5c\u4e3a\u60a8\u7684\u4ee3\u7406\u548c\u4ee3\u8868\u3002\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u3001\u9884\u4ed8\u8d39\u4ee5\u53ca\u6240\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u81ea\u9009\u8bbe\u65bd\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u8d39\u7528\u6211\u4eec\u5747\u6709\u6743\u6536\u53d6\uff0c\u4e14\u5fc5\u987b\u4e8e\u9884\u5b9a\u7684\u542f\u822a\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u652f\u4ed8\u5b8c\u6bd5\uff0c\u9664\u975e\u672c\u5408\u540c\u6761\u6b3e\u4e2d\u53e6\u6709\u89c4\u5b9a\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5bf9\u4e0a\u8ff0\u8d39\u7528\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u6216\u90e8\u5206\u4e0d\u4e88\u9000\u8fd8\u3002\u5728\u6240\u6709\u5176\u4ed6\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u5f53\u6211\u65b9\u4e8e\u4e3b\u8981\u529e\u516c\u573a\u6240\u6536\u5230\u60a8\u53d1\u51fa\u7684\u4e66\u9762\u53d6\u6d88\u901a\u77e5\u65f6\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u4f9d\u636e\u5982\u4e0b\u89c4\u5219\u5411\u60a8\u6536\u53d6\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\uff1a<\/p>\n\n\n\n

a)<\/strong> In the event of cancellations actually received by us 70 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 25% of Full Fare will be paid to us;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u6211\u65b9\u4e8e\u9884\u5b9a\u51fa\u53d1\u65e5\u671f70\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5b9e\u9645\u6536\u5230\u53d6\u6d88\u901a\u77e5\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u6536\u53d6\u5168\u7968\u8d39\u768425%\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b)<\/strong> In the event of cancellations actually received by us between 69 and 30 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 50% of Full Fare will be paid to us;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u6211\u65b9\u4e8e\u9884\u5b9a\u51fa\u53d1\u65e5\u671f30-69\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5b9e\u9645\u6536\u5230\u53d6\u6d88\u901a\u77e5\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u6536\u53d6\u5168\u7968\u8d39\u768450%\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c)<\/strong> In the event of cancellations actually received by us between 29 and 0 days prior to the scheduled departure date, a cancellation fee of 100% of Full Fare will be paid to us;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5982\u6211\u65b9\u4e8e\u9884\u5b9a\u51fa\u53d1\u65e5\u671f0-29\u65e5\u4e4b\u524d\u5b9e\u9645\u6536\u5230\u53d6\u6d88\u901a\u77e5\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u6536\u53d6\u5168\u7968\u8d39\u7684100%\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\uff1b<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d)<\/strong> In the event that you do not board the Ship and have not provided at least 30 days\u2019 notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled departure or sailing date, a cancellation fee of 100% of Full Fare will be paid to us. NOTE: For Viking's World Cruise, alternate Cancellation Fees apply, and you should see your World Cruise Addendum for the alternative cancellation fees for the World Cruise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e58\u5ba2\u672a\u767b\u8239\u4e14\u672a\u4e8e\u9884\u5b9a\u51fa\u53d1\u65e5\u6216\u542f\u822a\u65e5\u671f\u524d\u81f3\u5c1130\u65e5\u901a\u77e5\u53d6\u6d88\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u6536\u53d6\u5168\u7968\u8d39\u7684100%\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\uff1b\u6ce8\u610f\uff1a\u5bf9\u4e8eViking\u73af\u7403\u822a\u7ebf\u5c06\u9002\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\uff0c\u60a8\u5e94\u5f53\u5728\u73af\u7403\u822a\u7ebf\u9644\u5f55\u4e2d\u5bfb\u627e\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u53d6\u6d88\u8d39\u7528\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

e)<\/strong> A full refund will be given for most Optional Shore Excursions if you give notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the Optional Shore Excursion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5bf9\u4e8e\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u81ea\u9009\u5cb8\u4e0a\u89c2\u5149\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5982\u60a8\u5728\u6b64\u7c7b\u9879\u76ee\u5f00\u59cb\u524d\u81f3\u5c1148\u5c0f\u65f6\u5185\u901a\u77e5\u53d6\u6d88\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u9000\u8fd8\u5168\u90e8\u81ea\u9009\u5cb8\u4e0a\u89c2\u5149\u9879\u76ee\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 NOTE: The \u201cFULL FARE\u201d for the purposes of this Clause means the total Cruise Fare payable by you as detailed in the Booking Confirmation and including any land or air component purchased from Viking and including Optional Shore Excursions, Once in a Lifetime, Optional Experiences and Special Offers unless any of such elements attract different cancellation provisions which appear on the Viking website, in which event those different cancellation provisions will apply to those elements.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u6ce8\uff1a\u672c\u6761\u4e2d\u7684\u201c\u5168\u7968\u8d39\u201d\u662f\u6307\u8ba2\u8231\u786e\u8ba4\u5355\u5217\u660e\u7684\u60a8\u6240\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u5168\u90e8\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u4ee5\u53ca\u4eceViking\u5904\u8d2d\u4e70\u7684\u4efb\u4f55\u9646\u5730\u6216\u7a7a\u4e2d\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u81ea\u9009\u5cb8\u4e0a\u89c2\u5149\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u201c\u4e00\u751f\u4e00\u6b21\u201d\u4e13\u5c5e\u4f53\u9a8c\uff0c\u81ea\u9009\u4f53\u9a8c\u548c\u7279\u522b\u4f18\u60e0\uff0c\u4f46\u5982\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u670d\u52a1\u9879\u76ee\u6d89\u53ca\u5230Viking\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0a\u6240\u5217\u7684\u53d6\u6d88\u6761\u6b3e\u9002\u7528\u8303\u56f4\u7684\u5219\u5e94\u9002\u7528\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u53d6\u6d88\u6761\u6b3e\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6\u3001PASSENGER\u2019S WARRANTIES AND PHYSICAL FITNESS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e58\u5ba2\u7684\u4fdd\u8bc1\u53ca\u8eab\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a)<\/strong> You warrant that you and all other passengers traveling with you are physically, emotionally and otherwise fit to undertake the Cruise; that you and they have received all medical inoculations necessary; that you and they will at all times comply with the Ship\u2019s rules and regulations and orders and directions of the Ship\u2019s Master, officers and medical staff, as applicable and any other policies regarding conduct which may from time to time be published on the Viking website, and that your conduct will not impair the safety of the Ship or jeopardize or inconvenience other Passengers. We may disembark at any port any Passenger who may be suffering from contagious or infectious disease or whose presence, in the opinion of the Master, may be detrimental to the comfort or safety of other Passengers or the crew, or who, in the Master\u2019s opinion, might be excluded from landing at destination by Immigration or other Governmental Authorities. In such cases, the Passenger shall not be entitled to any refund of the cruise, Full Fare or Cruise Fare or any compensation whatsoever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e58\u5ba2\u7684\u4fdd\u8bc1<\/u><\/strong>\u3002\u60a8\u5c06\u4fdd\u8bc1\uff1a\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u540c\u884c\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6240\u6709\u4e58\u5ba2\u5728\u8eab\u4f53\u3001\u7cbe\u795e\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u65b9\u9762\u90fd\u9002\u5b9c\u53c2\u52a0\u6b64\u6b21\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\uff1b\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6240\u6709\u4e58\u5ba2\u90fd\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u533b\u7597\u9884\u9632\u63a5\u79cd\uff1b\u60a8\u548c\u60a8\u540c\u884c\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u6240\u6709\u4e58\u5ba2\u5c06\u4e00\u76f4\u9075\u5b88\u8239\u4e0a\u7684\u89c4\u5219\u3001\u89c4\u7ae0\u4ee5\u53ca\u8239\u957f\u3001\u8b66\u5bdf\u548c\u533b\u7597\u4eba\u5458\u7684\u547d\u4ee4\u3001\u6307\u793a\uff08\u5982\u9002\u7528\uff09\u4ee5\u53caViking\u7f51\u7ad9\u4e0d\u65f6\u53d1\u5e03\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u6709\u5173\u884c\u4e3a\u89c4\u8303\u7684\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\u4e0d\u4f1a\u5f71\u54cd\u6e38\u8f6e\u7684\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u5371\u5bb3\u6216\u59a8\u788d\u5176\u4ed6\u4e58\u5ba2\u3002\u4e58\u5ba2\u6709\u4e0b\u5217\u884c\u4e3a\u4e4b\u4e00\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5c06\u4ee4\u5176\u5728\u4efb\u610f\u6e2f\u53e3\u79bb\u8239\uff1a\u53ef\u80fd\u60a3\u6709\u4f20\u67d3\u6027\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u3001\u8239\u957f\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5176\u5371\u5bb3\u4e58\u5ba2\u6216\u8239\u5458\u8212\u9002\u6216\u5b89\u5168\u7684\u3001\u8239\u957f\u8ba4\u4e3a\u5176\u5728\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u4e0a\u5cb8\u540e\u5c06\u88ab\u79fb\u6c11\u5c40\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u653f\u5e9c\u673a\u6784\u9a71\u9010\u7684\u3002\u5728\u4e0a\u8ff0\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u4e58\u5ba2\u65e0\u6743\u8981\u6c42\u8fd4\u8fd8\u4efb\u4f55\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u8d39\u7528\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5168\u7968\u8d39\u3001\u6e38\u8f6e\u7968\u4ef7\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u8d54\u507f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b)<\/strong> For cruises in China, cruises on the Mekong River, and cruises in Egypt, and for other destinations as specifically noted, certain additional conditions and limitations apply regarding physical ability to travel. Viking does not discriminate based upon disabilities, but local conditions for certain cruises are beyond Viking\u2019s control. Our tours and cruises are not physically demanding. However, because of ship and airport access in these regions--as well as excursion site terrain--tours may not be appropriate for passengers with certain medical conditions and physical restrictions. This trip is not appropriate for travelers using wheelchairs, walkers or scooters. Airports typically do not have ramps or elevators. Excursions visit ancient sites with uneven terrain and stairs, and any passengers using walkers, crutches or other mobility aids must travel with an adult companion who will physically assist them throughout the trip at all times. Motorized scooters typically cannot be taken onboard planes in certain regions because authorities such as the China Civil Aviation Administration forbid any battery of capacity greater than 160Wh (most scooter batteries) onboard an aircraft. Additionally, lithium batteries cannot be placed in checked baggage and must be hand-carried as onboard carry-on. All batteries must have the capacity clearly printed on the outside or they will not allowed to be onboard. To calculate your battery capacity if it is only marked in mAh, divide the mAh number by 1000 and multiply by 3.7.  For example, a capacity of 10400mAh.\/1000=10.4Ah\u00d73.7v=28.48Wh (under the limit of 160Wh).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c)<\/strong> Ship Access: to embark\/disembark from the Ship, passengers must be able to walk down\/up steps and ramps without a walker or wheelchair, as ramps are typically not wide enough to accommodate these items. Not all ships have elevators, and some have split-level decks and\/or significant thresholds. Passengers with any medical, physical or other special needs must review their proposed Ship\u2019s layout on our website, and also obtain a copy of our Policy Statement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

d)<\/strong> Notice to Viking of Accessibility Requirements: Passengers must also advise Viking at + 400 6666 927 of any accessibility requirements prior to booking so Viking can determine if reasonable accommodations are available. Viking will endeavor to accommodate special access needs, but cannot guarantee it will be able to do so in all cases. Viking reserves the right to remove any person from a tour who has not provided the required notification, has not received written confirmation from Viking, or does not comply with these regulations. All related expenses, including those to return home, will be borne by the passenger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7\u3001EMBARKATION. Upon embarkation, you shall have in your possession your Booking Confirmation (incorporating the terms of this Passenger Ticket Contract), a valid passport, visas, inoculations card and all other documents necessary for the scheduled ports of call and final destination. We, as Carrier, shall not be liable for any losses or delays incurred by your failure, or that of others, to maintain all of said necessary documents. You are required to be aboard the Ship at least 2 (two) hours before the scheduled departure time. You may be refused embarkation if you, in our sole opinion, are not physically or otherwise fit to undertake the scheduled voyage, in which case we shall refund the applicable Cruise Fare in full (except as set forth in Article 6 above) and upon so doing, we shall have no further liability whatsoever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8\u3001CARRIER\u2019S RIGHTS. The Ship, either before embarkation or at any time thereafter and whether or not required by any maritime necessity, may remain in port, proceed by any route and deviate from or change the advertised or intended route at any stage of the voyage and may proceed to and stay at any places whatsoever, although in a contrary direction to, or outside of, or beyond the usual route, one or more times, in any order, for loading or discharging fuel, stores, laborers, stowaways, Passengers, or members of the Ship\u2019s company, for this, or any prior or subsequent voyage and\/or for any purpose whatsoever that we, as Carrier, or the Master may deem advisable. Any such procedure shall be considered not to be a deviation but within the voyage herein intended as fully as if specifically described herein. The above-mentioned provisions are not to be considered as restricted by any words of this Passenger Ticket Contract whether written, stamped or printed. The Ship may adjust compass, dry dock or go on ways before or after commencement of the voyage and may sail without pilots, tow or be towed, and assist vessels in all situations and deviate for the purposes of saving life or property. If the performance of the proposed voyage is hindered or prevented (or in the opinion of the Carrier or Master, is likely to be hindered or prevented) by war, hostilities, blockage, ice, labor conflicts, weather, surf, shallow or high waters, insurrections, disturbances, on board or ashore, restraint of any Governmental Authority, breakdown of the Ship, congestions, docking difficulties or any other cause whatsoever, or if we, as Carrier, or the Master of the Ship consider that for any reason whatsoever, beyond the control of the Carrier, proceeding to, attempting to enter, or entering or remaining at any port may expose the Ship to risk of loss or damage, or be likely to delay the Ship, we may deviate from the scheduled cruise by omitting, adding or changing the dates for any port or destination, and may provide alternative transportation to some or all of the ports and destinations, and you and your baggage may be landed at any port or place at which the Ship may call, in which event our responsibility shall cease and this Passenger Ticket Contract shall be deemed to have  been fully performed subject to paragraph 4(e) above, or if you have not embarked, we may cancel the proposed cruise tour and refund your Cruise Fare as paid, with no further liability of any nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4\u3001River cruises (Non-US Port): On river cruises which neither embark, disembark nor call at any U.S. port, Carrier shall have the right at all times to avail itself and have the benefit of any and all applicable limitations of liability or exoneration of liability as set forth in the Convention Relating to the Carriage of Passengers and Their Luggage by Sea of 1974 as well as the Protocol to the Convention Relating to the Carriage of Passengers and Their Luggage by Sea of 1976 (\"Athens Convention\") as adopted by Switzerland. The Athens Convention limits Company\u2019s liability for death of or personal injury to a Passenger to no more than 46,666 SDR\u2019s (approximately USD72,000), which fluctuates depending on a daily exchange rate as may be found at www.imf.org). Furthermore and in addition to all the restrictions and exemptions from liability provided in the Athens Convention, the Carrier shall have the benefit of any limitation of or exoneration from liability under any statute or law of any country or any other applicable laws including, without limitation, further rules, regulations or statutes, specifically including provisions of the Strasbourg Convention on the Limitation of Liability of Owners of Inland Navigation Vessels (\u201cCLNI\u201d), as adopted by Switzerland, (or Canada in the case of individual residents of Quebec) as well as of the International Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims, 1976, with revisions and amendments, if and as applicable (collectively, the \u201cConventions<\/strong>\u201d); namely, Sixty thousand (60,000) units of account (also known as Special Drawing Rights, or SDR\u2019s) multiplied by the number of Passengers the Ship, according to its certificate, is allowed to accommodate; not to exceed in any event more than twenty-five (25) million units of account to apply to the aggregate of all claims which arise on any distinct occasion against carrier, with respect to damages suffered on a seagoing ship and, as regards damages suffered on an inland navigation ship, not to be less than 720,000 units of account or more than (a) 3 million units of account for ships with an authorized passengers transport capacity of not more than 100; (b) 6 million units of account for ships with an authorized passenger transport capacity of not more than 180; (c) 12 million units of account for ships with an authorized passenger transport capacity of more than 180. A copy of the CLNI will be provided by Carrier upon written request. The limitations in this paragraph may only be adjusted if the applicable international convention requires such adjustment, and will be adjusted to the lowest permitted amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b. General limitation of liability:<\/strong>  On all other cruises, or in the event of inapplicability of any of the foregoing limitations, all the exemptions from and limitations of liability provided in or authorized by the law of the United States (including 46 U.S.C \u00a7\u00a7 30501 through 30509, inclusive, and 30511) will apply. We shall not be liable for loss of or damage to your property in any amount exceeding USD500.00 per Passenger. Should you desire an extension of our liability of USD500.00, you should declare the true value of the property and pay to us an amount of money calculated at 5% of the true value declared, up to USD5,000. Liability will then be extended to the amount of the true value declared but in no event exceeding USD5,000. A legal action may only be commenced against the Carrier or any of its agents, affiliates, agents or representatives within one year after the date of the event giving rise to the claim for which the action is initiated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We assume no responsibility for any loss of or damage to your perishable items, medicines, valuables, financial instruments, electronic equipment and the like, except as specifically provided in this Passenger Ticket Contract. You may only bring on board such personal wearing apparel, effects and gifts as are necessary and appropriate for the voyage. You may not take on board firearms, controlled or prohibited substances or inflammable or hazardous items, or any contraband prohibited by local, state or national law. The ship\u2019s officers and crew have the right to enter and search your Cabin, Stateroom, baggage or person for any hazardous, controlled or prohibited substances or items. d.<\/strong> d.Unless specifically provided to the contrary in the applicable Conventions referenced above, NO SUIT SHALL BE MAINTAINABLE AGAINST US UPON ANY CLAIM IN CONNECTION WITH THIS TRANSPORTATION OR PASSENGER TICKET CONTRACT RELATING TO CABIN BAGGAGE OR OTHER BAGGAGE OR ANY PROPERTY UNLESS WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE CLAIM WITH FULL PARTICULARS SHALL BE DELIVERED TO US AT OUR OFFICE OR TO OUR AGENT, VIKING CRUISES CHINA LTD, WITHIN THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER TERMINATION OF THE VOYAGE TO WHICH THIS PASSENGER TICKET CONTRACT RELATES AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY SUIT FOR ANY CAUSE AGAINST THE CARRIER WITH RESPECT TO CABIN BAGGAGE OR OTHER BAGGAGE OR PROPERTY BE MAINTAINABLE UNLESS SUCH SUIT SHALL BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE TERMINATION OF THE VOYAGE. NO SUIT SHALL BE MAINTAINED AGAINST US FOR DELAY, DETENTION, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH OF THE PASSENGER UNLESS WRITTEN NOTICE OF THE CLAIM WITH FULL PARTICULARS BE DELIVERED TO US OR VIKING CRUISES CHINA LTD WITHIN SIX (6) MONTHS FROM THE DAY WHEN SUCH DELAY, DETENTION, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH OF THE PASSENGER OCCURRED; AND IN NO EVENT SHALL ANY SUIT FOR ANY CAUSE AGAINST US WITH RESPECT TO DELAY, DETENTION, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH BE MAINTAINABLE, UNLESS SUIT SHALL BE COMMENCED WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR FROM THE DAY WHEN THE DELAY, DETENTION, PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS OR DEATH OF THE PASSENGER OCCURRED. The requirements of this clause cannot be waived by any of our agents or employees; they may be waived only by express written agreement of one of our directors having authority in the premises. In any case, where the time fixed in this Passenger Ticket Contract for the commencement of suit is less than that allowed by applicable law, such time is hereby extended so as to meet, but not to exceed, the minimum, lawful time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we shall in no event be liable to you in respect of any occurrence prior to embarkation or after disembarkation from the Ship named herein or substitute, except for transportation by water which is carried out by means of a conveyance provided by us including the Ship and its tenders or, with respect to any baggage, when the same is in our custody at any shoreside installation. We shall in no event be liable for the loss of or damage to cash, negotiable securities, gold, silverware, jewellery, ornaments, works of art or other valuables unless the same have been deposited with us against receipt for the agreed purpose of safekeeping. In the event of such a deposit, our liability for loss or damage thereof shall be limited to US$100.00, or in accordance with subpart (a) herein, whichever is less, unless value exceeding that amount be declared in writing. If the declared value exceeds US$100.00, we are entitled to charge 5% of value declared, up to US$5,000.00 Upon payment of this charge, liability will be extended to the true value declared but in no event shall we be liable for an amount exceeding US$5,000.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Other than our water transportation, we have no responsibility in whole or in part for any delays, delayed departures or arrivals, missed connections, loss, death, damage or injury to person or property or accident, mechanical defect, failure or negligence of any nature whatever caused in connection with any accommodations, transportation, services or facilities, substitution of hotels, common carriers or equipment with or without notice or for any additional expenses occasioned thereby. If the entire cruise is canceled for any reason, passengers shall have no claim other than for a full refund of the Cruise Fare. This Passenger Ticket Contract constitutes the sole agreement between Carrier and you, it being understood that the various independent contractors otherwise participating in your Cruise vacation will enter into their own separate contractual arrangements with you, and that you assume the risk of utilizing the services and facilities of those independent contractors. Charges for such services or goods which you request and\/or purchase will be your sole responsibility. Information and instructions are in English and Chinese with Chinese as the primary language for all cruises, but any shore excursions and travel before and after the cruise mayinclude interaction with foreign countries where English or Chinese is not the primary <\/p>\n\n\n\n

12\u3001PASSENGER DETENTION. If you are detained on board or elsewhere at any time or at final destination because of quarantine, port regulations, illness or other cause, all expenses incurred in connection with such detention shall be your sole responsibility. If you are carried aboard the Ship beyond final destination for any reason, without fault of the Carrier, you shall pay for any additional maintenance or extra transportation. Should it become necessary, in the sole judgment of the Master to transfer you for medical reasons, the cost of such transfer shall be borne by<\/p>\n\n\n\n

13\u3001BAGGAGE LIMITATIONS \u2013 AND NO DANGEROUS ITEMS. Any piece of baggage must be distinctly labeled with your name, Ship\u2019s name, cabin number and sailing date. You are allowed without extra charge one (1) cubic meter (35.3 cubic feet) of baggage. Any baggage which you bring into your Cabin must be able to fit under the bed or in provided storage space within the Cabin. You may not take on board firearms, weapons, explosives, lithium batteries (unless permitted in accordance with Clause 6(b) above), controlled or prohibited substances or inflammable or hazardous items, or any contraband prohibited by local, state or national law. The Ship's officers and crew have the right to enter and search your Cabin, Stateroom, baggage or person for any hazardous, controlled or prohibited substances or items. Such goods shall be surrendered to the Master at embarkation, and in our discretion may be confiscated, destroyed or surrendered to authorities. You shall have no claim for loss or inconvenience thereby<\/p>\n\n\n\n

15\u3001You agree to indemnify us for all penalties, fines, charges, losses or damages of any nature incurred or imposed upon us or the Ship by virtue of any act or violation of law by you or by any or all Passengers named on or traveling under  this Passenger TicketContract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

16\u3001HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS. You are required to advise us in writing, at or prior to the time a cruise is booked, of any physical, emotional or mental condition which may require professional attention during the cruise, including if you are so challenged and require the use of a wheelchair or other similar equipment. See Section 6 above for additional Physical Fitness requirements for passengers. If you do not notify us of any medical problem, you will be deemed to have warranted that you and all members of your party are fit to travel.  We are not required to provide any inoculations or specialized health or mental care during your cruise and all such arrangements are your responsibility. A certificate of fitness is required of all such Passengers. Please call 400-6666-927<\/strong>and request the appropriate document. Some ports of call may have physical conditions which may preclude challenged passengers from going ashore. Decisions made by the Master of the Ship in such circumstances will be binding in all instances. If you are so challenged, you must bring and be responsible for all necessary items related to your said condition. If any such condition arises after the cruise is booked, you are required to advise us in writing immediately. Failure to so advise us shall release us and all professional personnel aboard the Vessel from any liability related to such condition or its treatment. Failure to disclose physical, mental, or emotional conditions prior to the departure date may result in denial of embarkation and forfeiture of the applicable fare and in such event we shall have no liability financial or otherwise. We are unable to accommodate women past their sixth month of pregnancy either at the beginning or at any time during a cruise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

17\u3001GENERAL AVERAGE. You will not be liable to pay, nor be entitled to receive, any general average contribution in respect of property taken with you on the Ship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

18\u3001PAYMENTS.Any and all payments made by you to us shall be made in RMB or other currency acceptable to us. All charges for services and products provided on board the Ship must be settled in cash or charged (via credit card acceptable to us) before your final disembarkation from the Ship. Any other expenses incurred by you or by us on your behalf shall be payable by you on<\/p>\n\n\n\n

19\u3001CARRIER\u2019S RESERVED<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u627f\u8fd0\u4eba\u7684\u4fdd\u7559\u6743\u5229\u3002<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

a)<\/strong> Nothing contained in this Passenger Ticket Contract shall be construed to limit or deprive us of the benefit of any Convention, Statute or law whatsoever which might be applicable providing for exoneration from or limitation of liability, as more specifically set forth at Clause 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

b) <\/strong>The provisions of Clause 10 shall extend to each of the independent contractors (including caterers and concessionaires) as well as our servants and agents and the Ship as defined in Clause 1, and for this purpose shall be deemed to constitute a contract entered into between you and us, as the Carrier, on behalf of all persons who are or may be our servants or agents from time to time, and all such persons shall to this extent be deemed to be parties to this Passenger Ticket Contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

c)<\/strong> If any other person should be held responsible to you for any claim or loss, he, she or it shall be entitled to all of the benefits, limitations and exceptions mentioned in this Passenger Ticket Contract and under the Convention, treaties or otherwise. This Passenger Ticket Contract and every term and provision hereof shall be and remain in full force and effect during all periods when we are under any responsibility to you or your property for any reason whatsoever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

20\u3001PASSENGER\u2019S COVENANTS. You covenant and warrant that you are duly authorized by or on behalf of all Passengers named on or traveling under this Passenger Ticket Contract to agree to all terms, conditions, limitations and exceptions herein contained, and by accepting and\/or using this Passenger Ticket Contract, he or she and\/or they do agree accordingly and do agree that the same shall be binding on them with the same force and effect as if they and every one of them signed this Passenger Ticket Contract. You must take proper steps (including provision of all necessary documents) as may be required to enable him or her to land at his or her port of destination and generally to comply with the laws of the country in which such port is situated. You agree to indemnify and defend us from any claims made against us by Passengers traveling under your Passenger Ticket Contract who assert they were not made aware of the terms and conditions of this Passenger Ticket Contract. We shall not in any circumstances whatsoever, whether or not such documents are produced to us by you, be responsible for any information or advice as to said laws as may be given by you to us as the Carrier nor shall we be liable for the consequence of any insufficiency or irregularity in such documents or the noncompliance by you with such laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e58\u5ba2\u7684\u627f\u8bfa<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002\u60a8\u987b\u627f\u8bfa\u5e76\u4fdd\u8bc1\uff0c\u60a8\u5df2\u5f97\u5230\u5728\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u5217\u540d\u7684\u6216\u5728\u672c\u5408\u540c\u9879\u4e0b\u8fdb\u884c\u65c5\u884c\u7684\u6240\u6709\u4e58\u5ba2\u7684\u6388\u6743\u6216\u4f5c\u4e3a\u5176\u4ee3\u8868\u540c\u610f\u672c\u5408\u540c\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u6240\u6709\u6761\u6b3e\u3001\u6761\u4ef6\u3001\u9650\u5236\u548c\u4f8b\u5916\u60c5\u5f62\uff0c\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e00\u7ecf\u63a5\u53d7\u6216\u4f7f\u7528\uff0c\u60a8\u65b9\u4e58\u5ba2\u5373\u540c\u610f\u672c\u5408\u540c\u5e76\u4e14\u540c\u610f\u5bf9\u5176\u5177\u6709\u7ea6\u675f\u529b\u5982\u540c\u8be5\u7b49\u4e58\u5ba2\u4eb2\u81ea\u7b7e\u7f72\u4e86\u672c\u5408\u540c\u3002\u60a8\u987b\u91c7\u53d6\u5408\u9002\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u51c6\u5907\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u6709\u6587\u4ef6\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u4f7f\u60a8\u65b9\u6210\u5458\u80fd\u591f\u62b5\u8fbe\u76ee\u7684\u5730\u6e2f\u53e3\u5e76\u9075\u5b88\u505c\u9760\u6e2f\u53e3\u6240\u5728\u56fd\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u3002\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u8d54\u507f\u5e76\u514d\u9664\u6211\u65b9\u56e0\u60a8\u65b9\u4e58\u5ba2\u58f0\u79f0\u5176\u5bf9\u672c\u5408\u540c\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u4e0d\u4e86\u89e3\u800c\u5bf9\u6211\u65b9\u63d0\u51fa\u7684\u7d22\u8d54\u3002\u65e0\u8bba\u8be5\u7b49\u6587\u4ef6\u662f\u5426\u7531\u60a8\u9012\u4ea4\u7ed9\u6211\u65b9\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u5bf9\u60a8\u7ed9\u51fa\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u6216\u5efa\u8bae\u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u8d23\u4efb\uff0c\u4e14\u6211\u65b9\u5bf9\u56e0\u60a8\u63d0\u4ea4\u7684\u6587\u4ef6\u4e0d\u5145\u5206\u6216\u4e0d\u5408\u6cd5\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u540e\u679c\u4e0d\u627f\u62c5\u4efb\u4f55\u8d23\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

21\u3001PASSENGER TICKET CONTRACT USAGE. The right is reserved to consider this Passenger Ticket Contract as canceled and the applicable fare forfeited if you do not use this Passenger Ticket Contract for the Ship or other Ships substituted, or land arrangements for the date mentioned, or should this Passenger Ticket Contract become lost or mislaid, or if you use this Passenger Ticket Contract for only part of the voyage indicated hereon, for any reason, whether or not due to causes beyond your control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u4f7f\u7528<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002<\/strong>\u6211\u65b9\u4fdd\u7559\u4e0b\u5217\u6743\u5229\uff1a\u4e0d\u8bba\u7531\u4e8e\u4f55\u79cd\u60a8\u4e0d\u53ef\u63a7\u5236\u7684\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u82e5\u60a8\u4e0d\u4e58\u5750\u672c\u5408\u540c\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u6e38\u8f6e\u6216\u66ff\u4ee3\u6e38\u8f6e\u3001\u4e0d\u53c2\u52a0\u524d\u8ff0\u9884\u5b9a\u65e5\u671f\u7684\u9646\u4e0a\u5b89\u6392\u9879\u76ee\u3001\u4e22\u5931\u6216\u9057\u5931\u672c\u5408\u540c\u3001\u6216\u53ea\u4f7f\u7528\u4e86\u672c\u5408\u540c\u9879\u4e0b\u7684\u90e8\u5206\u884c\u7a0b\uff0c\u90fd\u5c06\u88ab\u89c6\u4e3a\u53d6\u6d88\u672c\u5408\u540c\u4e14\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u8d39\u7528\u4e0d\u4e88\u8fd4\u8fd8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

22\u3001SECURITY PROVISIONS. In the interests of international security and in the interest of the convenience and safety of other Passengers, you agree and consent to a reasonable search being made of you, your baggage or other property, and to the removal and confiscation or destruction of any object which may, in our opinion, impair the safety of the Ship or inconvenience other Passengers, or violate the laws of any applicable authority relative to the possession and\/or transportation of nonprescription narcotics, controlled substances or any other illegal commodity of any nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u5b89\u5168\u6761\u6b3e<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002\u4e3a\u4e86\u56fd\u9645\u5b89\u5168\u548c\u4e58\u5ba2\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u548c\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u60a8\u540c\u610f\u5bf9\u60a8\u53ca\u60a8\u7684\u884c\u674e\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u8d22\u4ea7\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5408\u7406\u68c0\u67e5\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6211\u65b9\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6709\u7269\u54c1\u5c5e\u4e8e\u5371\u5bb3\u8239\u8236\u5b89\u5168\u3001\u5bf9\u5176\u4ed6\u65c5\u5ba2\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u4fbf\u3001\u6216\u662f\u8fdd\u53cd\u76f8\u5173\u6cd5\u5f8b\u89c4\u5b9a\u7684\u975e\u5904\u65b9\u9ebb\u9189\u54c1\u3001\u7ba1\u5236\u7269\u54c1\u6216\u5176\u4ed6\u4efb\u4f55\u975e\u6cd5\u6027\u8d28\u7684\u5546\u54c1\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u6709\u6743\u5bf9\u5176\u6ca1\u6536\u6216\u9500\u6bc1\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

23\u3001PASSENGER BOOKINGS. As a condition of our business, we retain the right to overbook Passenger accommodations. In the event that the Passenger accommodation referenced in this Passenger Ticket Contract is overbooked, or if we determine that the Ship is overbooked, we may, at our discretion, deny boarding to any Passenger and, at our further discretion, refund all monies paid or offer another cruise in substitution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u4e58\u5ba2\u9884\u5b9a<\/strong><\/u><\/strong>\u3002\u4f5c\u4e3a\u4e00\u9879\u5546\u4e1a\u6761\u4ef6\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u4fdd\u7559\u8d85\u989d\u63a5\u53d7\u4e58\u5ba2\u9884\u5b9a\u7684\u6743\u5229\u3002\u5982\u679c\u672c\u5ba2\u8fd0\u5408\u540c\u4e2d\u4e58\u5ba2\u94fa\u4f4d\u8d85\u8fc7\u5b9e\u9645\u53ef\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u6570\u91cf\u6216\u6211\u4eec\u8ba4\u4e3a\u6e38\u8f6e\u5df2\u7ecf\u8d85\u989d\u9884\u5b9a\uff0c\u6211\u65b9\u6709\u6743\u62d2\u7edd\u4efb\u4f55\u4e58\u5ba2\u767b\u8239\uff0c\u5e76\u9000\u8fd8\u5176\u652f\u4ed8\u7684\u6b3e\u9879\u6216\u63d0\u4f9b\u53e6\u5916\u7684\u66ff\u4ee3\u6e38\u8f6e\u6e38\u89c8\u9879\u76ee\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n

24\u3001CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM. All questions arising on this Passenger Ticket Contract solely in respect of the limitation of liability shall be decided according to the Conventions and the other and further laws cited at Article 10 hereof, including the statutory, maritime and general laws of Switzerland. (See Canadian Addendum for residents of Quebec). The law governing all other aspects of this Passenger Ticket Contract is stipulated and agreed to be the statutory and general law of Switzerland, with references to which this Passenger Ticket Contract is made. ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS PASSENGER TICKET CONTRACT SHALL BE DETERMINED BY THE CIVIL COURT OF THE CANTON OF BASEL- STADT ZIVILGERICHT BASEL-STADT, THE JURISDICTION TO WHICH WE, AS THE CARRIER, AND YOU HEREBY SUBMIT OURSELVES. IF ANY ACTION IS INITIATED IN ANY COURT OTHER THAN THE COURTS IN BASEL SWITZERLAND, OTHER THAN THOSE OF MONTREAL IN THE CASE OF AN INDIVIDUAL RESIDENT OF QUEBEC, WE, AS THE CARRIER, AND YOU HEREBY AGREE TO THE IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL OR TRANSFER OF SAID ACTION TO THE COURTS OF BASEL, SWITZERLAND. ANY ATTORNEYS\u2019 FEES AND\/OR COSTS INCURRED IN SUCCESSFULLY DISMISSING OR TRANSFERRING AN ACTION BROUGHT IN ANY VENUE OTHER THAN BASEL, SWITZERLAND SHALL BE AWARDED TO THE PARTY PROCURING THE DISMISSAL OR TRANSFER AND SHALL BECOME DUE AND PAYABLE AT THE TIME OF THE DISMISSAL OR TRANSFER.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

26\u3001DATA PROTECTION. When you request information or make a booking with us, we may collect information about you and members of your party the extent necessary to provide our services, including your names, contact details and any special needs, disabilities or dietary requirements and payment information. When providing us with information on behalf of members of your party, you represent that you have received the informed consent of such persons, or their guardians, to provide their information to us. You agree that we may disclose the information that we receive to our service providers (who may be located outside of China) to the extent necessary to provide for your travel arrangements. In the case of air travel, it may be mandatory for us to disclose information for security and antiterrorism purposes and any other purpose imposed on us by governments or airlines. We may provide your information as required by the telecommunications authorities of China to cooperate with their supervision and inspection. We may disclose the same to companies who act as data processors on our behalf. By making a booking with us, you agree to allow your insurers, their agents and medical staff to disclose relevant information to us in circumstances where we may need to act in the interests of everyone in the group with whom you are travelling. For example, if you contract an infectious illness whilst travelling, we may need to make special arrangements for you and ensure that you do not return to the group immediately. By requesting information or booking with us, you agree that we may from time to time contact you by post, email and\/or WeChat with information about special offers or travel packages. You may notify us at any time if you no longer wish to receive such information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

27\u3001MISCELLANEOUS. The illegality or invalidity of any paragraph, clause, or provision of this Passenger Ticket Contract shall not affect or invalidate any other paragraph, clause or provision thereof. All titles set forth in this Passenger Ticket Contract are for convenience only and have no separate meaning or effect.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This Passenger Ticket Contract is prepared in both English and Chinese, however the official text of this Agreement shall be in the English language, and any interpretation or construction of this Passenger Ticket Contract shall be based solely on the English language text. For individual residents of Quebec, our responsibility as the Carrier for death, injury, illness, damage, delay or other loss to person or property of any kind suffered by you or any of the other Passengers in your party shall be governed, in the first instance, by the Athens Convention, with protocols and amendments as adopted by Canada, and, as applicable, by those other and further limitations of liability set forth in the statutory maritime and general laws of Quebec and Canada, as the law governing this Passenger Ticket Contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    3.CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM- INDIVIDUAL RESIDENTS OF QUEBEC. For Passengers who are individual residents of Quebec, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, the law governing all other aspects of this Passenger Ticket Contract is stipulated and agreed to be the statutory and general law of Quebec, and the laws of Canada applicable therein, and, any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Passenger Ticket Contract may be determined by the courts of the City of Montreal in the Province of Quebec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
